Often People think power means Homeruns. I define Power as XBH I don't care how you get them if you go out and hit 10 Homers, but have 40 doubles and 10 triples for me that is power.

But outside of Catcher this is my formula. (Obviously you rarely find 2b, ss, and CF who can get to the 60 mark so you have to take that into account) So it is a bit of a generalization, but as a guideline I like this formula.

50 XBH= Starter
55 XBH= Solid Starter
60+ XBH= All star

Of course this is assuming your not horrific in the field. Obviously for someone Like Juan lageres Ihe is a solid starter, just based on defense, because he is the best defensive player in the league in one of the three most important positions for a defense player. I care less about Offense at SS, C and CF and how is there glove, but that is the way I feel how a team should be built.

I need Power at 1b, 3b, LF, and RF. Because I'm probably not gonna see it at the other 4 positions. At least that is my thoughts on how to build a tream. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
