So what happens to someone like me?
Bought just prior to the sept 08 cutoff, only 2000 shares. Held those shares until the movement started and started flipping in early Feb/March 2013. Stopped flipping last summer and adding regularly since.

Will someone go back to see shareholders of record during that time period? How long would you have had to own those shares?
If you sold them at any point are you out?
If I sold and re bought the next day am I out?

Lots of questions here. To me it would seem impossible to distinguish between holders then and now. If you only owned 2000 shares or 50 shares back then and eventually sold, not knowing about these lawsuits...... What happens to them?
