Ohhhh reaaaally, is that the plan now? Ungs is going to be a distributor of those machines? Better have a high margin then...

I read a lot of ambitious business goals on their website and all I hear is "we will try and do anything to string shareholders along so the ceo can continue to earn his 200k per year...." They want to do so many things, but right now they do nothing lol

Where is the focus? What is the core competency of the company? Do they even HAVE a sales team ? lol ... This is a typical dangling carrot play and I very much doubt the dilution is done.
