FWIW, today I spoke with a clerk at the CAFC. When I asked about any kind of a time frame for a ruling after the November 7, panel hearing, was told - "since it is a rather large case" it is hard to say.

It is my opinion that this case holds more weight than most realize, it contains decisions regarding the 151 and much more.

Please either do a ihub search on the 2014-1176 or wait until I can hopefully provide some important links.

I have much less time now, so I truly do appreciate all of those who are reporting from the court - thank you!
