MAKE NO MISTAKE OUR LEGAL TEAM HAS OUT LAWYERED THE OPPOSITION! The judge stated on a motion ZTE lost it was because there was not a timely objection to the material by them! Max and our expert witness today did a great job explaining things to the jurors in a way I EVEN UNDERSTOOD, LOL! On the JAWANDA PATENT there is a letter to be submitted tonight by ZTE with an outstanding issue, JUDGE seems to be siding with us. ZTE claiming patent examiner erred & was lacking all the information! As it stood the judge was going to allow IDCC to state patent was still issued after looking at the JAWANDA PATENT ! Hope I got everything right ! Today I believe we had more go our way then I could have believed! Hope I'm right feels like a win to me! Be back Monday with hopefully even better news!
