It's simply not the case. If NTEK wanted to raise more capital it would sell more restricted shares to investors that believe in the company not flippers like yourself on the open market. NTEK has proven to be unique in handling it's issuing of shares (always restrictive) as they only issue new shares to attract new talent to the company or to execute its biz plan. To say anything else is speculation and poor speculation given NTEK's track record.
