It's a general trading board - the main Mod needs to manage the board and his Moderators.

Admin don't have the time, energy or interest in enforcing the looser rules on these boards as our focus is trying to manage the chaos on the stock specific boards.

However, when the violations are egregious, many of the Mods are participating or ignoring, then we're going to close the board.

If the Mod shows sincerity in cleaning up the board and getting the other Mods under control (whether by removing or mentoring), then, as I said, we'll work with them. If the Mod also doesn't have the time, energy or interest in managing the board, then it remains closed if/until those things happen.
