Remember the share increase of 100 million back in December of 2012?
They were to prevent a hostile takeover.
How many of those shares were already spent to settle the Visser Law Suit?

Just curious.
For the few who have been complaining about 30 million not having been approved for stock awards, please explain, someone, why there should be plenty of shares of authorized remaining for this purpose.
