Good ole boy deals. Got to love em. So basically PSID is giving Veriteq it's implantable microchip business so that VeriteQ can attempt to pay back the 222,115 that it owes PSID.
So I finance my truck with Ford Motor Credit, I can't make my monthly payments, so ford gives me a 2nd truck that I can sell out right so that I can pay off the loan from the first vehicle that I bought. Makes perfect sense.
Silverman and Caragol are crooks.
