That is false Chua leavin nothin ta do w E-net. Othm did the right thing replacing him, or him resigning, I agree doesn't look good ta have CEO w this written about him .. "The respondents, in illegally distributing Oriens shares engaged in serious misconduct" by BCSC panel.. BCSC panel decision from Aug 19 states:

"Chua must resign any position he holds as a director or officer of an issuer or a registrant"

Maybe BCSC but you know keeping him on was dumb move he had to go, it had nothin ta do w E-net. (Enet btw a company registered at Melvin's apartment in 2005)

BCSC doc also states:
Chua continues to pose a risk"

Chua asked to be allowed to "remain a director of Oriens for another six months so he may represent Oriens and complete an ongoing merger an asset purchase from a Costa Rica enterprise. When cross-examined she was said with confidence that the transaction would be completed with in two weeks after the hearing."

That didn't happen ba bye Chua but we all know he's still pullin strings. Read the part about where OTHM $ went, Chua's wife and father.

What docs ya got on OTHM assets? Saw ya exchanged some words w vanguard over if there's an investigation gonna take place. Ya share no facts or incorrect facts so I gotta believe him on the investigation and the rest
