There have been Series 'C' shares Issued for acquisition. Par Value .001. Valued at $5.00/share. I believe they are convertible at a 10:1 ratio.



Would you please provide a link or cite a source where I can find that conversion information. I have looked, but cannot find any information on those "C" shares.
