Can they really say such stuff without any repercussions? Well, besides the tanking of the pps?

1/14/14: Marani anticipates that its spirit will be sent out to distribution centers internationally before the end of Q1. The company expects to bring in $200,000 in revenue per shipping container distributed. With a minimum of 3 containers sent out to be distributed per month, it is expected that initial monthly revenue will total at least $600,000 with potential for more.

I asked Marani, "Realistically if you had to predict Marani's stock value at the end of 2014, what would your best guess be? Marani's response, "Conservatively, would be very surprised if it wasn't in the mid .20's at the least!!! ?
