I have received a response from the Company in regard to your inquiry. I apologize for the delay but I wanted to get you an answer directly from the Company. I've provided their response below.

iHookup Social has informed me that all options available to the company are always up for review, and that a reverse split is just one tool to consider. However, the focus and effort continues to be on building the business. That includes continuing to increase the number of downloads and registered users, building engagement / critical mass, launching different pilot programs with venues and developing the advertising model to increase revenues.

As to the recent decline in the pps, the Company believes that the share price dropped due to, among other reasons, the recent increase of convertible note conversions requested over a short period of time.

I did pass along your sentiments to management as well.
