Their decisions are legal precedent almost all the time which MUST be followed by the federal appeals court unless there is some rare extenuating circumstance. If HTC wins the appeals PTSC goes to .008 c in a heartbeat (that is sub 1c peeps). You will not be able to hit the sell button fast enough. Save yourselves some trouble and sell today. The only people in this stock are foolish and deeply underwater or in a coma and it is on nobody's radar. Once the legal stuff is done in 1-2 years check back in and if PTSC is even still around and has a few quarters of increasing financials there might be some interest in the stock enough to justify an investment.
