TD shows as long term........

I'm a CPA and do accounting work for hedge funds at a hedge fund admin........this was a non-cash and non-taxable event so it should be based on AAMRQ, those "brokers" do not have any accounting or tax knowledge for the most part. They will get it right and prob send you and updated form after you file your taxes lol.
