IMO VTMB start moving up in Nov, It's holding here and I believe we will get News also very soon. If this was a dead stock the MM'S would have let hit low trip prices like 0.0003 or so but the MM'S are just holding us here around 0.0008 to 0.0011 which leads me to believe they know something is coming down the path with VTMB

There know other reason for MM'S to keep holding VTMB from falling to the low trip's in less they know something is coming or happing

I know as soon as I post this message there will be some poster saying R/S is coming are he's adding more shares to the float which is not the case I think due to the fact we just don't have enough daily volume to show a R/S or a rising of the float by adding more shares to cover business moves
