What is there to understand. Information is posted about why the stock isn't trading and still sitting at .0001. The Chill excuse, that appears to be false, is just one more of the many reasons and excuses used to keep this scam alive. As I have said multiple times the reality is in the financial reports. Those that continue to hope for something positive to happen refuse to accept the facts that are in the reports.
