We could hear about cohort progression in the Kevetrin trial soon. All the other prediction time-frames have approximately zero chance of occurring.

Prurisol already completed the crossover trial. The next trial will be for efficacy and will likely start soon enough, but surely not next Thursday.

Uplisting will come, certainly not Wednesday.
