Correct. What Lostintheflood has ignored is that the FLOAT is 1 billion. That's the ONLY number that matters for share price in this instance. Most PP holders can't deposit their stock because only a few brokers will accept them, and the process is grueling and takes upwards of 8-10 weeks.
