GDSM I don't think Mike indicated any reverse split was imminent as it was a question presented to him which he responded he thought it was not in the best interested at this time. Not sure how it got misinterpreted that a R/S was coming. There would need to be a positive momentum in a continuance for it to make sense which is what Mike indicated.

Name change by Jan. which is just a few moths away.
