It's more likely on the OTC that VGPR's dividend deal is a share distribution when they spin off a Vega Biochar company. Remember in the first CC that the splitting of the businesses was a goal of Molen's, although he didn't give a timeframe. Not sure how that really helps investors, more likely a method to be able to raise more capital on Molen's part. Again, speculation, but it seems more plausible than taking revenue, opting not to use it for either expansion or buybacks and instead just giving it away as cash.
