My personal take on the low volume some have been whining about. I love it, it's a great sign IMO. All big bangers I've been in have had very low volume before they took off. Reason- the stagnant stock price bores investors and traders to death, esp with the low volume. They sell and move on, thinking its dead $. The whole time this is taking place, big guys are loading up. Think about it, why would traders buy ONCS right now...they wouldn't. Retail who wants to be in are already in. This is accumulation by the big boys. Look out in the next few months, IMO. Again....take this for what it's worth, an opinion. If you don't like it, I don't care
