It is illegal for a company to put out false information in the form of a press release.

Danos, the CEO, already stated, He was not lying about the Joint Venture Deal.
He ALSO stated, that it is illegal to lie about publishing false information.
With that being said. The latest PR states

LIGHTHOUSE PETROLEUM, INC. WILL HOST A VIDEO CONFERENCE CALL TO ADDRESS PAST, CURRENT AND FUTURE CORPORATE EVENTS

So what they are saying is that 'THERE IS' 'CURRENT' AND 'FUTURE CORPORATE EVENTS'
I am holding my shares tight!!
SVFC (with close to 4 billion OS and 10 billion AS) went from .0002- .0007 in about an hour!

and i have seen it with dozens of other stocks.
LHPT will move VERY shortly.

LHPT the reward is much greater than the risk here.imo
