236T568 ... Well, surprise, surprise ...

"Oh my, ADTM's largest stockholder, and head of OneScreen, predicting $7 to $10 million revenues for 2014 for OneScreen alone.

this leads to a prediction of about $11 to $14 million in revenues for the combined ADTM/OneScreen

and this was not long ago

and now the revenue prediction has been dropped to $5-$7 million for the year.."

I see your referring to my post, but it's really a shame you failed to understand it; consequently, just more misinformation after more misinformation !!

This ...

"Quote:

The valuation is highly attractive based on target's estimated $7 million-$10 million in revenue for the current year"

is clearly taken out of context ... it should read as follows ...

"The valuation is highly attractive based on target's estimated $7 million-$10 million in revenue for the current year. In truth, the pro forma deal is even more accretive considering the obvious synergies between Adaptive's monetization/marketplace business and MediaGraph's platform."

and just in case you still don't get it, that means the revenue targets is NOT for Onesreen alone, but rather for the combined entity. Do I need to explain what synergies means, too ??

You see, the difference between you and me is that I always back up my statements, whereas you don't back up **** !!!

Also, it you took some initiative to better understand ADTM like I do, you'd be able to actually learn something about OUR Company ... for instance ...

Subject: RE: Tonight's Conference Call

Hi XXXXXXX,

Thanks for reaching out to us with your inquiry. Adaptive Media appreciates their investor community and works hard to insure that there is proper communication with them.

Regarding your first point, the target revenue estimates that were quoted in the article came directly from an independent research paper that we published on July 9, 2014 and reissued on July 28, 2014, to reflect new information post reverse split. They were based on the historical sales numbers and future potential scenarios. While we all hope that this information is accurate, the numbers were not a forecast or guidance but potential revenues based on market scenarios—including but not limited to, historical timing of digital ad spends.

With respect to your other point, Mr. Brodeur is not an officer, director, or employee of Adaptive Medias, Inc.--nor has he ever been. Neither Mr. Brodeur nor his company speaks on behalf of Adaptive Medias, Inc.; and as you correctly pointed out, the disclosure did indicate that the author has no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

We hope that this provides clarity into your concerns.

Thanks,
Casey

It appears to me, at least, that your forte is working more with real scam companies, while making up negative things about a legit company like Adaptive Medias has proved to be futile from the very beginning. May I ask just why it is that you keep misleading the good people here on the ADTM Board when you know full well that you've demonstrated time and time again that your word has absolutely no validity ??

And why is it that you never respond to anything I say when it clearly refutes all of your silly statements regarding a Company you know nothing about.

I mean why no response to your $1.80 share price based on the Black-Scholes model ??

And why fail to mention something very positive about the Company like the 1,777,778 warrants that WEREN'T issued in connection with the $4 million capital raise ??

And why do you refuse to put up a new sticky note with the updated figures ??

Need I go on ????
