Only if he falls below 5%....imo he could have sold approx 44 mill and we wouldn't know it.

Any more than that he would have to file within 10 days of any month that the holding decrease by 5% or more.

Note - He DID hold 9.9 %

Maybe it's me, but why can't CBAI either show a profit or just break even ? It's STORAGE.....they are still losing money, Science or no Science that has to change imo.

I agree, the silence from the Company is deafening...they are giving investors NO reasons to buy this stock.
