First we have a battery. That is important cause we don't have to send an RF signal. The hackers will figure out a way to capture that eventually. Second, there will be a limited number of terminals to do transactions. Third, they probably violate our American patent. MasterCard will be the only partner for now. I doubt if MasterCard wants to get in another patent fight with us in America. Zwipe doesn't want to compete with applepay which has far more influence than trying to compete with mastercard.
