I can understand your rational as to why they kept Medizone afloat, but why they did so without even demanding seats on the board to have some control over how their money was spent. The same old bunch has been in control since day one.
Not only that, they have let Marshall live high for years on their money while he screwed things up year after year.
It's obvious these investors control the company, or as you said it would have made much greater sense to have started a new company for ASure.
Understanding what motivates these investor is the real mystery and oforting thought.ur fates are dependent on them.
Apparently, they are satisfied with the status quo.
