Correct, less shares, more value. It appears Jeff will have controlling interest with the 51 Preferred A Shares. We will be up-to-date on filings shortly after the closure and will be OTCQB which is much better than pink.

I can't believe we aren't seeing some buying going on here. I wish I could but can't at this time. To me it seems a no-brainer to buy anything below .153 prior to the closing which could come any time between now and 5pm on the 29th.
