Khas pretty much nailed it. This company is a mess. My take is that when they realized they could make more money selling stock than they could by actually building a business, it was a no-brainer for them.

Expect more unfulfilled PR's and continued dilution from this company. Going long here is the worst thing you could do, if you value your money.

The only ones making money here are Agnes and crew. Long term investors will get burned.
