The OTC markets requires an Annual Attorney Opinion Letter that is to be posted along with the Annual disclosure within 30 days. Until then they will just be in a Limited Information tier status.

This isn't "Recent", it has been this way for over a year now at least. Maybe recent to him but it isnt recent to the OTC Markets. To really rub it in, the change was simply not requiring one for each quarterly Disclosure provided and making it just an Annual requirement.
