EMAIL TO MARK AND HIS RESPONSE:

I called your auditor(s) three times. Last time I spoke to WES, and he said that they would probably file yesterday or today. The EDGARIZING was already done.
Charlie last Week Tuesday said end of last week until beginning of this week.
One thing I can say you all have in common. You open your mouth too quickly and seemingly NEVER deliver. Haven’t seen it yet.


MARK'S RESPONSE:

Thanks for the assessment--- again, all I can say is that we will file when its done. I don't control all these little changes these people decide they want to implement at the last minute --- you get what you pay for I suppose, but when it's all said and done, I'll be happier to have shouldered the frustration as opposed to having a big fat bill we have to pay. Either way, we're on our way! I am still pushing for a filing tomorrow....as I was on Tuesday and the day before that--so we'll see
