Nice timing. They go delinquent. Then buy a distributorship, and who needs to bother with an 8K? Might have to disclose the distributorship sells next to nothing. That's why delinquencies were invented! The distributorship arrives on the scene just in time to fit into the Ebola hyperbole.

As pointed out they did file an 8K last Jun - told the market they moved their corporate office. Real important material event eh?

Aren't insiders suppose to be frozen in their dumping during delinquencies? They are sure pumping away.
