Seeking a logical response here:

I am fairly certain that the company is moving forward now, and that the future is bright for the technology. That said, will we early investors reap the benefits? It's obvious to me that there has been a lot of dilution and/or conversions the past couple of days and weeks. From a business standpoint, what are the advantages and disadvantages of a reverse split once all the notes have been converted or paid off? What's to stop them from doing it?

Then there's the option to take it private. Couldn't they just offer .001/share and say take it or leave it? That's about my breakeven, but not what I'm looking for.

Anyone seen similar scenarios and would care to enlighten us?
