Because we are all shareholders, some of us have been here quite a while. We were all like the positive ones here for a long time too. I suppose we lost enough its not worth selling now, so we sit, watch, comments some to try and help no one else get burnt, and hope the company does turn things around so we are not so screwed.
Would you rather read a board with everyone pumping a stock ? Maybe they have no clue as to what the past history was, what is going on, etc. Want to spend your hard earned money on empty promises?
Do you really think they will actually borrow money that they have to pay back to pay old debt? Its all Debt no matter who you owe it to.
They print money ( Stock Shares) pay off debt, and dont have to pay anyone back. They have been doing it for a while, we all wait to see how much every friday with the new 8K. They profit from doing this, we all loose big time. Yea, everyone likes the low OS. How sis it get here? Hmm.. I think the 400 for 1 RS is why.
You really have faith that someone would be actually willing to lend this company money to pay off debt? Its hard enough to borrow to by new equipment, and they have the equipment as collateral. What kind of collateral does a lender have lending to pay off old debt?
If you read some of the PR stuff they put out. They started a "Relationship" with financial advisers, etc. What does that mean? Maybe they have someone helping them figure out how to pay off debt. Maybe they advised them to print and sell stock? Do you know that they are not doing what the advisers are telling them?
To me, saying you formed a "Relationship" with a group of financial advisers is not much different that other scam stocks that release a PR saying they signed a "Letter if Intent" lol
Would be interesting to know out of all the "Letter of Intent" that was released on a pr, what percent they actually followed through?
I mean for all these OTC, Pinks, etc...
None of these companies are any good, they would not be here if they were, struggling to keep out of sub penny land...
I am not a Pumper, Not a basher, am not short, I am a Long time shareholder. Lost more with this company than any other, and thought it was the best OTC out there lol
So, you people pumping this stock, Keep buying, have your friends buy, slap that ask, load the boat... Slap the ask again... She is coiled tight, She is waiting to take off...To the Moon! A 10 plus Bagger! The OS is so low! The CEO bought just 2 weeks ago! He must know something! lol we would be ecstatic if you can get the share price up and keep buying!
We dont think everyone is a scammer... Just the People Running ERFB. They have also proved they are incompetent.
We MIGHT think one or more of the people so positive and pump this stock could be insiders.. They obviously want to keep share price out of sub penny and as high as they can while they dilute. There are people making big money who are getting the shares at at a huge discount and selling all day. Problem is, its not us shareholders.
Seriously, is there anyone here who can sell their stock in ERFB and break even?
