Feds taking Marijuana off Schedule 1 would be HUGE. Holder has already said that the DoJ is not against rescheduling. Obama, for all his faults, is on the right side of the argument here (for a change).

NORML.org story about the upcoming battle in Federal Court over Schedule 1. Evidentiary hearing next week I believe? If there's enough evidence to proceed we'll see that BOOM you're referring to.

All things considered, I can't imagine the Feds putting up too much of a fight. If a court rules in favour of rescheduling it would really make things easier for the Feds to do so.

If you find it difficult to laugh at yourself, I would be happy to do it for you.
