Now all individuals arriving from infected countries
will undergo 21 day monitoring! Yay!

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/10/22/cdc-requiring-21-day-monitoring-for-all-travelers-arriving-from-ebola-stricken/

Over the coming months, how can that be managed effectively with approx 150 people arriving daily?

I think this is just one of many ways that the PSID and ENSCO partnership could be applied with the recent DHS SenseNet program contract award. If you read ENSCO's PR on their site (http://www.ensco.com/News-Media/pressreleases.htm&article=169) it states that along with Positive ID confirmation technology ENSCO will add unique event processing and location capabilities. HUGE POTENTIAL IMO-

Under this first phase contract, ENSCO will design and model a smart system that integrates data from densely deployed, low-cost, environmental monitoring sensors with best of breed confirmation technology provided by its partner PositiveID. ENSCO will add unique event processing, false alarm reduction, and source location capabilities into an open and flexible architecture to illustrate how this system meets DHS’s ambitious, high performance and low cost challenge.

I think it will be difficult to keep up with the tracking and monitoring of 150 travelers arriving daily without the aggressive development of a system for testing, tracking, and then referencing historical data of flights, locations, etc, especially if one or more of these travelers begin to show symptoms as contact tracing will then be necessary. See how big that can grow ???? This is just my own opinion.
