I really have not been able to discern what the new differences are, whether they are box related or bottle related or both. But either way, if we are only talking about changes done since Sept 12, how that effects the overall time span for stability testing is unknown.

In this PR of Aug 12, they made it sound like testing would be complete by Sept 12.

The actual process may be iterative, if someone with experience in this may comment, but perhaps ITNS proposes an initial expiration date on the box, then a period of trial in the market place happens to confirm it.

An expiration date of one year would take a long time to confirm if it is adequate, if the product starts breaking down before that, it would not be good.

It is my opinion that ITNS has been blindsided by this whole topic.
