Actually: no. I guess I just assumed that they would put out a press release stating that they have made the application for Step 2.
But, as I think about it more, I think part of the concept of this Step 2 is that this Step can remain undisclosed.
About a month ago I had called the company and at that time I got the impression that they had not applied yet ... but a lot can happen in a month.
So hopefully they have applied in the meantime. And perhaps they will make some mention of this during their conference(s) in November.
