FILING: "Sunday" Premiere, Medallion Releasing, TCA-Redwood, "Goose" Schedule

POSTED: Oct. 22, 2014

ITEM 1) - The managers of Hannover House, Inc., hereby submit the following updates and disclosures with respect to current operations and activities for the Company.

a). RETIREMENT OF TCA-REDWOOD VENTURE –
The Company was informed that Redwood Management exercised their final authorization for debt-to-share conversion in the TCA matter, and received a final issuance of 2,423,221 shares of HHSE stock. This issuance to Redwood completes their right to convert the TCA debt to shares, and closes the settlement transaction which had been executed in July. Hannover House does not have any other plans to create new “debt-conversions” at this time, and management has pledged to shareholders to refrain from such activities until after the filing of the Form 10 Registration, or to refrain from such debt-conversion activities in general in respect of the anticipated PPS growth and alternative financing opportunities which are expected to occur following the filing of the Form 10 Registration statement.

b). FILING OF MEDALLION RELEASING, INC. ENTITY –
In order to comply with U.C.C. security filing requirements of some of the label supplier studios participating in the Medallion Releasing sales venture, Company has elected to file a new corporate entity, Medallion Releasing, Inc., and to domicile this division in Nevada. Company has elected Tom Sims to serve as President of Medallion Releasing, Inc., reflecting his capacity as the primary sales executive for this division whose sole function is to generate sales for HHSE products and for the products of the participating supplier studios for HHSE. Under the terms of the structural formation, 100% of the fees and net revenues earned by Medallion Releasing, Inc. shall be remitted to Hannover House, Inc. Other corporate entities under the Hannover House corporate umbrella include Truman Press, Inc. (the original California entity, now domiciled in Arkansas), Bookworks, Inc. (an Arkansas special purpose corporation), and VODWIZ, Inc., a Wyoming special purpose corporation.

c). “ON ANY SUNDAY” MOVIE PREMIERE –
Due to capacity issues for both the theatre and after-party, as well as pre-screened security requirements of Redbull, the Company will be unable to accommodate any additional shareholder attendees at the USA Premiere of this filmat the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, CA tonight. Updates on activities will be posted on the HHSE blog, and via FaceBook tonight and over the next few days. Shareholders that had previously requested to attend the event shall each receive a complimentary, final packaged copy of the Blu-Ray of the film from Hannover House. “ON ANY SUNDAY: THE NEXT CHAPTER” opens on approximately 250 theatres on November 7, 2014. As incentive to build attendance and enthusiasm, Hannover House will provide a “free” DVD or Blu-Ray copy to any shareholder who submits a copy of a theatrical “ticket stub” which evidences their attendance during the opening weekend (Nov. 7 – 9); said videos shall be shipped for arrival on the national home video street-date of Feb. 10, 2015.

d). MOTHER GOOSE FEATURE FILM PRODUCTION FINANCING
Company has structured a venture with a group of private investors to complete the production financing of “MOTHER GOOSE: JOURNEY TO UTOPIA.” The investor funds will be supplemented with international presales obtained through Odyssey Pictures, State of Louisiana film production incentives, a stage / facilities venture in Louisiana and a visual effects partnership agreement. The structure of the private financing portion of the film’s production budget is a free-standing investment specifically into that film, and is not tied into any issuance of HHSE shares or any general fund for the benefit of Hannover House, Inc. Principal photography for the film is scheduled for six weeks commencing March 2, 2015 in New Orleans; post-production is scheduled to occur over a fourteen week period, with visual effects creation commencing immediately during the post-production phase from the priority-edited sequences, and original music scoring composition completed last prior to the film’s final surround-sound mix. Subject to feedback on competitive studio releases and screen availabilities from Company’s major theatrical exhibition partners (i.e., AMC, Carmike, Cinemark, Harkins, Malco, National Amusements and Regal Entertainment Group), Hannover House is planning to implement a nationwide, event-level theatrical launch for the film on either Thanksgiving or Christmas, 2015.
