The problem is Denner is young and labeled as an, "up and comer". Ariad BOD is the most non-independent board I have ever seen, simply because Harvey Berger hand picked them. Denner has one year left in his stay, so I'm not sure he can get his mission completed. 2015 will be key. One way or the other, Denner will be gone in 12 months..
