How LUCKY and FORTUNATE WE SHAREHOLDERS are. (Who's "we?" I'm a shareholder...no mouse in my pocket as they say)
1 THE boot brothers will go to jail and NEVER DEFEND the lawsuit they filed . (This may be a very true statement. Good chance they be served at the courthouse too...at least JS will be. People he's burned are waiting)
2 MW does NOT have to file ANY filings with the SEC as the SOLE OFFICER and DIRECTOR of IFUS. (Yep...what part of non filing company is supposed to?)
3 MW does NOT have to remove "patent pending" on products (as MW and RW ABANDONED the IFUS patent some time ago.) (no matter, there are still rules or propriety that take precedent)
4 THAT the boot brothers will lose their legal case (as filed AGAINST OUR Company) and PAY large amounts to IFUS, as damages. (Yep, very true indeed)
5 IFUS will NEVER go BANKRUPT (as MW's did in 2013) (as I've said before, if it's even tried to be forced, it'll be thrown out, first 5 minutes of first hearing)
6 IFUS does NOT need any product liability insurances - or ANY insurances. (Company choice)
7 IFUS does NOT have to withhold federal income taxes on wages paid (as identified in the 2013 financials) to employees. (If there's a 1099 for employees..no need)
8 THAT MW and RW are honorable, trustworthy and EXCELLENT managers of IFUS. (Yep, shareholders support them 100%)
9. That SHAREHOLDERS will file a "class action" lawsuit against the boot brothers. (Count on it. As the Russians say, "revenge is a dish best served cold!" And JS and SA will be treated as heartless as they treated the shareholders!)
10. "ON and ON" (take it from a long shareholder...this will end good for ifus and NOT good for the boot brothers. When I'm done with my legal stuff, I may go see the plant, meet Marc in person and go to the courthouse myself.)
INDEED, WE SHAREHOLDERS ARE LUCKY - let's wait and see!!!
