Has anyone read this??????? It is TMMI's core case...I posted it, but no one seemed to care???
Let's discuss these points that TMMI makes people and not be led astray by others on the boad with different agendas. I suggest everyone read it and make your comments since all we have hear the last few days is about some irrelevant exhibits presented by the demented defendants which I have read, and conclude the court will throw out-----------------THERE WAS NO MERGER!!!!!!!!!!!!
