The delay in providing Private Placement detail / information to the Shareholder at a critical time combined with the subsequent explanation as to why it had not be provided earlier.

Again - [e-mail].

I asked - Dan responded same day with a full explanation as to why the delay in disclosure took to a few days.

Simply put - Lawyers

Have you ever worked for a publicly traded company or managed one?

Lawyers are anchors in progress - I believe their job description states they are paid to stop it!!!
