So you're using the threat of a lawsuit to move management to cease committing stock fraud. Its my feeling you've lost some leverage conveying this message.

However, dont you have a responsibility, having knowledge of a person(s) committing stock fraud, to report them to the appropriate authorities? Doesn't it kind of make you a conspirator, armed with this knowledge, to look the other way ?
