Not true at all UBRG has a history of disregard for deadlines dating back 3 years

Current 10K now 6 days late of the 15 day grace period.

2014-05-15 10Q-nt filed giving them 5 xtra days
Took till 5/28/14 to get the 10Q uploaded

2012-11-20 NT 10-Q .. 10-Q posted 2012-11-20 (only a day late that time)

Previous 2 10-Q's in 8/2012 and 5/2012 also filed a day after the NT expired

Then scroll back a year

2011-05-17 NT 10-Q .. 2011-08-16 NT 10-Q (no 10-Q posted in between them)

10-Q's posted 2011-08-26 and 2011-09-02 respectively.
