I think you have missed the elephant in the room.
The guy who got the 63,500,000 shares (likely this month) is the one.
They are salable shares, and likely are being sold. You don't know who is selling them because you don't know who got them (Form 3 or 4 anyone).


This is the person who is making the money on this stock.
