FPFI has had afew Small increases n more are expected.

Yeah, it is the "few small increases" which caused the stock price to be flushed down the toilet and which continues to this day as evidenced by all the shares being placed on the Ask and eventually sold at the Bid.

Anyone trading penny stocks should not underestimate the negative effect that dilution has on a stock price.
