A lot of investors forgot about the first two RS's...why not a third? Howarth will continue to dilute, dump, reverse split, issue new shares to insiders (dilute) then dump and RS ad infinitum until 'investors' get wise to the game. Howarth will continue to milk suckers, er 'believers' as long as he can.
