The quote you offer doesn't say they expect ASure to take until 2020 to show sales as you seem to offer this as an excuse for no-sale ASure.

It merely states that the company has a long term marketing plan for "between NOW and 2020 that included ASure. No reference at all as to how long they expect it to take Asure to show sales.
