"NO R/S is even in there plans for a long time."

First, you should realize that the history of corporate management of OTC Pink companies being honest about their plans for a R/S is very dismal. So, the chances that you would get a honest answer about anyone's plans regarding a R/S is almost zero. Most CEOs would look you straight in the eyes and say, "No R/S will occur," as they are actually signing the paperwork to file for a R/S.

However, I did not suggest that a R/S is coming for DNAX. Did you read what I actually wrote? I clearly stated that a R/S is not likely unless the PPS goes to the $0.0001-2 range AND the volume dries up. Neither of those conditions currently exist, and neither appear to be an immediate threat.

As long as financiers can continue to dump new shares into the market, then they will continue to buy the new shares that DNA management has printed to keep the business operational.
